Happy New Year 2017, employers and employees!

A very short note: We would like to wish all employers and employees the very best of things in 2017!

What are in store for everybody? Well, same old same old, of course. Employers will continue to complain about higher cost of doing business (e.g. job seekers and employees are asking for higher salaries!) whilst job seekers and employees will be complaining about, for example, salaries not matching up with cost of living.

Which means that the employment world will be as active as it had been in 2016. And over here, this blog wishes that everybody will be fair to everybody. Employers pay the right salary, employees give back with the right productivity. If employers must terminate employees, do so as per what is required by the law (at the very least). Be responsible and honest employees and employees. Observe the laws and abide by all ethics.

Happy New Year!!
